    Biography

    James D. Wilson furnishes legal counsel and assistance to businesses and individuals located in northeast Ohio, as well as for regional and national companies with activities in the state of Ohio.

    In addition to general litigation and trial work, Wilson has experience, and is engaged on a daily basis, in business transactions and contracts; banking and secured transactions; creditors’ rights, collections, construction projects, contracting and litigation; real estate matters; employment counseling; estate planning; and general counsel assistance.

    Clients represented during his legal career have included national and regional banks and lenders; construction professionals, architects, and property owners and developers; a variety of business enterprises; healthcare related enterprises; and nonprofit organizations.

    Since 1991, Wilson has served as Ohio counsel for American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc., a national wholesaler of roofing and siding materials. He has provided business services on an ongoing basis for a number of other businesses including construction materials wholesalers, law firms and accountants; transportation companies, manufacturers, and asset-based lenders.

    Wilson is the author of National Business Institute Publication “Collection Techniques, Law and Representation of Creditors in Bankruptcy Matters in Ohio,” and he has made presentations to credit managers, attorneys and paralegals, construction companies, and other individuals and entities on a range of legal and business topics.

    Biography

    Rochelle Paley’s practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in various types of legal matters, including business transactions and documentation and general litigation.

    Rochelle works with individuals looking to establish a new business. She will prepare the necessary documentation to form the business entity, create the requisite contracts, and sales forms, and will negotiate or prepare leases and other agreements as the need arises.

    Rochelle’s representation of established business includes corporate compliance, preparation of contracts, leases, sales forms and other business agreements, compliance with the Ohio Law, and litigation involving business disputes.

    For real estate transactions, her practice encompasses residential and commercial transactions, including real estate sales agreements, representation of landlords, in lease negotiation, evictions, and compliance with local ordinances.

    Rochelle also represents individuals in connection with business matters. She provides counsel to individuals entering into consulting agreements or business contracts.

    Biography

    Norm Fisher brings a unique and valuable perspective as a lawyer, an entrepreneur, and a businessman to his legal practice. In addition to his many years of practicing law in the areas of litigation and business, he has owned or invested in several businesses during his professional career. He founded Alpha Heat Treating Company in 1982, and Graystone Properties in 2002. This gives Norm the unique ability to talk with business owners and to understand not only their legal issues, but their business challenges and opportunities.

    Mr. Fisher’s law practice focuses on working with business owners regarding their business entities and operations, with an emphasis on litigation and dispute resolution. Norm’s business and entrepreneurial background and experience, including service on the boards of several corporations, provides him with a keen awareness of the concerns and perspectives of private business owners – he’s sat in their chair – and the need to provide these owners and companies with prompt, competent, and appropriate legal services, along with sound and contextual business advice. Clients represented by Mr. Fisher include privately-owned entities across a wide range of industries, including the aviation industry.

    Biography

    Nicole Bush focuses her practice in the area of Family Law. Nicole advises clients through the difficult scenarios present in divorce, child custody, support issues, and various other family issues.

    She is a Guardian ad Litem in Cuyahoga Juvenile Court where she is appointed to represent children in abuse, neglect, and dependency cases, as well as in private custody matters.

    She provides creative solutions to difficult problems and vigorously advocates for her clients if litigation is necessary
