    Biography

    James D. Wilson furnishes legal counsel and assistance to businesses and individuals located in northeast Ohio, as well as for regional and national companies with activities in the state of Ohio.

    In addition to general litigation and trial work, Wilson has experience, and is engaged on a daily basis, in business transactions and contracts; banking and secured transactions; creditors’ rights, collections, construction projects, contracting and litigation; real estate matters; employment counseling; and general counsel assistance.

    Clients represented during his legal career have included national and regional banks and lenders; construction professionals, architects, and property owners and developers; a variety of commercial enterprises; healthcare related enterprises; and nonprofit organizations.

    Since 1991, Wilson has served as Ohio counsel for American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc., a national wholesaler of roofing and siding materials. He has provided business services on an ongoing basis for a number of other businesses including construction materials wholesalers, law firms and accountants; transportation companies, manufacturers, and asset-based lenders.

    Wilson is the author of National Business Institute Publication “Collection Techniques, Law and Representation of Creditors in Bankruptcy Matters in Ohio,” and he has made presentations to credit managers, attorneys and paralegals, construction companies, and other individuals and entities on a range of legal and business topics.

    Biography

    Nicole Bush focuses her practice in the area of Family Law. Nicole advises clients through the difficult scenarios present in divorce, child custody, support issues, and various other family issues.

    She is a Guardian ad Litem in Cuyahoga Juvenile Court where she is appointed to represent children in abuse, neglect, and dependency cases, as well as in private custody matters.

    She provides creative solutions to difficult problems and vigorously advocates for her clients if litigation is necessary

    As a paralegal, Kelly Berry furnishes assistance to the attorneys of Wilson Lawyers LLC, in litigation support, as well as corporate transactions, corporate compliance matters, banking and secured transactions; real estate, and numerous other areas of practice in a private law firm.

    Concurrent with her paralegal practice, Berry also occupies the position of Office Manager of Wilson Lawyers LLC where she provides general office managerial services including oversight of account receivables, account payables, client billing and invoicing, and vendor relations.
